To support its development, Drone Volt is looking for a senior embedded systems/Linux Software developer engineer to join its R&D department building the revolutionary drone of tomorrow.
Your mission
As a senior software developer, you will manage a team of various skills developers from microcontroller programming to application software developpment. You will organize the work of the team, define the coding rules, be responsible for the quality, cost and delay of the various software developments.
As an embedded sowftare / Linux developer, you will oversee the whole embedded software framework of the different products. You will define the linux tree, maintain ROS environment integrate and update ROS nodes in order to meet the performance requirements of DroneVolt such as real time integrity, video streaming quality and latency, network routing, payload integration etc.
Main responsibilities will include:
Your profile
You have a master degree or higher in CS or related fields.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar position.
You have embedded software development experience on Linux devices and ROS system
You are proficiency with C and/or C++.
Applicative experience with Gtsreamer, Mavlink , Ardupilot or PX4
Strong awareness in production and industrialization.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive your project to the end.You are
Willing to work in a highly international environment and can manage distance work.
Self-driven, enthusiastic, curious, creative and a team player.
Up to date with new technologies.
Sensible to project management and timeline.
Fluent in English and French as well.
Contract type: Full time.
Location: Paris Area preferred – Copenhagen
Starting date: ASAP.
